My name is Brett Lindbeck, and I’m a REALTOR® with Savvy Avenue Real Estate. I was raised in Tampa and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in real estate. I spent 2.5 years in San Diego as a franchise owner of a solar installation company. During this time, I learned skills in customer service, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership, all of which serve me well in my career and in my life. Now I’m back in Tampa as a full-time real estate agent and investor. Solar is big in Florida, and many agents aren’t very familiar with the details.

Aside from real estate and solar, I also have experience working for a title company. This was a great way to get real-world experience that allowed me to apply what I learned in school. This is also very helpful in my craft. Title companies are the last phase of a real estate deal called closing, which is where any deal that can fall apart will. Error-free paperwork and supervising closing are one of the areas where a trained real estate professional really earns their fee. I walked in the door with this knowledge.
